Step 2: Presentatin
1. Let’s try.
T:Nw turn t page 27. What can yu see in “Let’s try”?
Ss:I can see fur pictures.
T:What are they? And wh are they?
Ss:Milk, grape juice. Zhang Peng and Sarah.
T:Zhang Peng and Sarah are thirsty. What wuld they like t drink? Guess the answers. (课件出示:教材P27 Let’s try板块的内容)
Students say ut their guessing. Then the teacher plays the recrding. (出示课件) Ask students t try t catch the key infrmatin, such as Zhang Peng-grape juice, Sarah-milk.
Students listen carefully and match. The teacher checks the answers with students. (课件出示:教材P27 Let’ try板块的答案)

用比较法学习新词,用音节的划分来拼读和记忆新词,可以降低难度,并加深印象。借助图片引入核心句型,并进行操练,学生能更容易理解和使用核心句型。
(1) Learn the wrd “favurite”.
T:Zhang Peng is hungry. And I’m hungry, t. I like ndles. I like ndles.
T:S I can say “My favurite fd is rice.”
Write dwn “favurite” n the blackbard and help students learn the wrd. Split the wrd int syllables t teach the wrd. The emphasis is n the first syllable f the wrd. Let students practice the wrd syllable by syllable.
(2) Learn the key sentence patterns.
Shw pictures f milk, juice and water. (出示课件)
T:My favurite drink is milk. What’s yur favurite drink?
Ss:My favurite drink is/I lve…
Bys ask and girls answer with the help f the pictures. Then exchange.
Shw pictures f ndles, sandwiches and rice. (出示课件)
T:My favurite fd is rice. What’s yur favurite fd?
Ss:My favurite fd is/I lve…
Divide students int tw grups. Grup One asks and Grup Tw answers with the help f the pictures. Then exchange.
Write dwn the sentence patterns “—What’s yur favurite fd/drink? —My favrite fd/drink is/I lve…” n the blackbard.

(3) Learn “Let’s talk”.
①Watch and answer.
T:Sarah and Zhang Peng are talking abut what t eat. What’s Sarah’s favurite fd? What’s Zhang Peng’s favurite fd? D yu knw? Let’s watch the cartn.
Play the cartn and ask students t watch it carefully. (出示课件)
T:What’s Sarah’s favurite fd? Ss:Fish.
T:What’s Zhang Peng’s favurite fd? Ss:Ndles.
②Learn the wrd “delicius”.
T:Gd jb! And I like ndles, t. I like beef ndles. They’re delicius.
Help students learn the wrd “delicius”. Split the wrd int syllables t teach the wrd. The emphasis is n the secnd syllable f the wrd.
Shw the picture f “beef ndles”. (出示课件) Pretend t taste and say, “Ww! Delicius!” Then ask sme students t “taste” and encurage them t say “Delicius!”
③Make a dialgue.
Then the teacher and students start a dialgue like this:
T:What’s yur favurite fd? (Paint t the picture f “beef ndles”.)
Ss:Beef ndles. T:Why?
Ss:They are delicius.

Ask students t read the dialgue silently with the questin:What d they have tday? Check the answer with students.
3. Read and act.
(1) The teacher plays the recrding. (课件出示: 教材P27 Let’s talk板块的音频) Students read after it and pay attentin t the prnunciatin and the intnatin. Then students read tgether. After that, bys read and girls read. They can have a cmpetitin. At last, students read freely.
(2) Pair wrk. Students practice the dialgue with their partners.

操练活动层层深入,从给出语言支架到去掉语言支架,一步一步夯实核心句型。小组合作能有效地提高学生的兴趣,汇报调查结果不仅可以巩固句型,同时也提高学生自主学习的能力,增强学习英语的自信。
