Step I 复习
1. Let the students make a pre-class reprt, intrduce themselves in a few sentences, and warm up the learning tasks f this lessn: 在我们阅读丹尼尔的简介之前,我想请几位志愿者来到前面,谈谈你们自己。
2. Pst Daniel's wall chart and let the students pay attentin t the characters n the wall chart: This is Daniel. What d yu knw abut him?
Step II 呈现
Write the fllwing questins n the slide and present them t the students:

他看起来怎么样?
Ask students t think abut these questins and discuss them accrding t the questins: I think yu can remember smething abut her. Lk at the screen and think abut the questi ns.
2. After students understand the questin, let them listen t the recrding, answer the questin and fill in the frm: OK. Let’s listen t the tape, answer the questins and fill in the prfile. Clse yur bks, please.
3. Open the bk t check the answers, and then explain tw f the difficulties: talk n the phne and talk with. Let the students read the article in unisn: Nw let’s read alud.
4. Ask students t use lines t draw the wrds, phrases and sentences they think are useful in the text, s that they can be used in their persnal prfile.

2. If time permits, chse a few excellent essays as a mdel essay t read alud. If there is nt enugh time, yu can leave it as hmewrk.
