When we cmpare tw peple r things, we can use the cmparative f adjectives.
1. 比较级定义：表示两者之间进行比较，一个比另一个程度上更进一步。

3. ……比较级+and+比较级……“越来越…” In spring, the days are getting lnger and lnger. 
比较级常用句型：1. A+动词+形容词比较级+than +B 意为“A比B更……”This tree is taller than that ne.The climate in Beijing is htter than that f Ningb.
4. as+形容词原形+as… “和……一样……” Tm is as tall as Mike.  This girl is as beautiful as that ne. I was as happy as Jhn yesterday.否定形式：nt as…as…或 nt s… as… 意为“和…… 不一样”、“不及／不如……”。Tm is nt as tall as Mike.Tm is nt s tall as Mike.This bk isn’t as interesting as that ne.
注意：修饰比较级的副词要用much, a lt, a little, a bit, far, even, still等。very不能和比较级连用。如：It was cld yesterday, but it’s even clder tday. 昨天天气很冷，但今天更冷。He is getting much fatter these days. 他这两天变得更胖了。
