    One way t get mre ut f yur listening is t predict what yu will hear. Using the pictures prvided and the knwledge yu already have yu can guess the kinds f infrmatin yu shuld listen fr. At times, yu may even be able t guess exactly what will be talked abut. This help yu fcus better when listening, making yur listening mre effective.

    Example
    Tday, I want t talk t yu abut a very strange phenmenn called a nn-Newtnian fluid. Yu can make it easily using equal parts f water and crnflur, like I have here. A nn-Newtnian fluid is strange because yu can pur it like a liquid, but if yu put any pressure n it suddenly becmes hard as cncrete. In fact, it becmes hard enugh t stand n. Then, as sn as yu take the pressure ff, it becmes a liquid again. This shws that it is pssible that smething can exist as a liquid and a slid at the same time.
