This unit is designed to arouse young people's interest and curiosity in scientific research by focusing on the topics of science and scientists. The text is a narrative article that describes the development process of events in time order. The time clue is the evident line, while the steps of scientific research are the hidden one. Teachers should focus on guiding students to read texts, sort out information, analyze structures, understand the basic steps of scientific research, and respond to the impact of scientific research on human beings.
