    巨石阵的英文名称为 Stnehenge,其中henge 意指 “围栏”。巨石阵是在英格兰发现的一种圆形构筑物,周围有埂和沟。顾名思义,巨石阵是一组表面粗糙的排成圆圈的巨大石柱群。它位于英格兰西南部威尔特郡的索尔兹伯里平原上,约建于公元前 3000年~公元前1500年。巨石阵周围环绕着直径约 100米的环状沟(土墙圈)。
