Would you like to play a game?Ss: Yes, we like playing games very much.T: OK. To play the game, we have to make an advice diamond. Now I will show you how to make an advice diamond.新课学习:Ⅰ.Showing the teaching aims on the blackboard and asking students to read them together.1.Remembering some new words and phrases of lesson 26 work in group.2.Talking about advice.3.Understanding the dialogue meaning.Ⅱ.Come to “THINK ABOUT IT”.Work in group and talk about it, then answer them.Ⅲ.Learning lesson 27 by themselves in groups.1.Listen to the passage and correct pronunciation, understand the dialogue meaning.2.Listen to the dialogues and answers some questions. (Listening once or three times for finishing off number 2 of Let's Do It.)3..Read the lesson and answer the questions. (At first, read the questions and know the meaning. Second, read the dialogue silently and find the answers to the questions.)Q1.What's the opposite of slow?Q2.What have Danny and Jenny made?Q3.What color are Danny's diamonds?4.Then, read the dialogue one sentence by one sentence and find something that it's important or you don't understand it. Then ask them to read the dialogue aloud in pairs and later pick out the useful phrases. Explain the key phrases to them. (Finish off number 2 of Let's Do It.)5.At last, Write down something important on your notebook and explain.Ⅳ.Work in groups. Finishing off number 3 of Let's Do It. Complete the dialogue with the sentences in the box.Ⅴ.Work in groups. Finish project of Let's Do It and discuss it with each other. Then present it to the whole class.Play a game: Ask the students to take out their advice diamonds and play the game with a partner. This game will stimulate their interest in learning English. At the same time they will find English fun to learn.
