1.Lead-in：

①Teacher asks students to watch the video and learn some first aid knowledge.

②Ask students to work in pairs and talk about the pictures.

2.Presentation

Task 1 New words

①Teacher asks students to see the pictures and say the words.

②Organize the students to read the new words together.

Task 2 Listening

①Ask students to listen and check what the pictures are about.

②Play the tape and ask students to skim the conversation.

③Organize the students to read the conversation with the recording.

④Ask students to read first aid suggestions and decide if they are good ideas (√) or bad ideas (×).

⑤Ask students to complete the passage with the words in the box.

⑥Teacher checks the answers with the class.

This course guides students to acquire information through listening and develop their listening skills. In this class, multimedia means are used to assist teaching.
