And I mean live, not 52 .” His words ring true for Ron Robert, a man diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease who decided to 53 a three-year bachelor of artsprogram at King’s University College in London, Ontario. “I was always taught early in life that the brain is like the most 54 instrument we have in our body,” said Robert.

Back in mid-2019 I wasn’t in a good place in life. I was getting out of a serious relationship, I was 106 at my job, I had problems within my family, and the ever- increasing sense of loneliness had thrown me into 107 . During that time, I turned to the only 108 thing I had going on for myself, which was travel and blogging.
After some serious thinking, I decided to quit my job to 109 . I had saved up enough money that would last me 8- 10 months so I didn’t give it much thought because I knew it was the only thing that would keep me from tipping over the edge.
The 110 thing I did right after leaving my job was to head for the Himalayas in India. I spent a 111 in the Kinnaur and Spiti valleys in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The Kinnaur district was a breath of fresh air. The snow-capped mountain range in the 112 , the lush green vegetation all around, the sparse (稀少的) population and the friendly people spoke to my soul, and made the weeks’ stay worthwhile.
There was one village called Chitkul, which 113 on the Indo-Tibet border and has no cell connectivity, that helped 114 me the most. It was a 115 village with a population of less than a thousand people and only a handful of 116 , with nothing around it for many miles.
I spent my days sitting quietly by the river, hiking cheerfully to the nearby hills and walking 117 through meadows. Just being there surrounded by the Himalayas, without any social media due to lack of connectivity, and making real 118 with other travelers and the villagers had some sort of 119 effect on me. Not only did I have the best travel experience of my life, but the place also healed my mind. I came back happier than ever, with a renewed spirit, ready to enjoy everything that life had to 120 .
