1. 一件事情发生在过去,而另外一件事先于它发生(即表 “过去的过去”),那么发生在前的动作要用过去完成时。 e.g. She had learned sme English befre she came t the institute. He said that he had been abrad fr 3 years.
2. 表示从过去某一时间开始, 一直延续到过去的另一时间的动作, 常用的时间状语有: by/until/befre/by the end f + 过去的某一时间。 e.g. By then he had learned English fr 3 years. Until then he had knwn nthing abut it yet.
3. hpe, expect, mean, intend, want的过去完成时表示过去未曾实现在的愿望或意图。 e.g. I had hped t see mre f Shanghai.4. 在“Hardly/Scarcely/Barely … when …”和 “N sner … than …”句型中,when和than从句里用一般过去时,主句用过去完成时,且用倒装,表示 “刚……就……”。 e.g. Hardly/N sner had I gt hme when/than the rain pured dwn.
5. 在“It was/had been + 一段时间 + since从句”中, since从句的谓语动词用过去完成时。 e.g. It was ten years since we had had such a wnderful time.6. 在 “That/It/This was the first/secnd/ … time + that从句”句型中,that从句的谓语动词要用过去完成时。 e.g. It was the secnd time (that) he had made the same mistake.

二、谋篇布局 因为该倡议书的标题、称呼以及落款已给出,所以我们只需要写出正文和结尾部分即可。正文:1. 引入话题; 2. 说明不良饮食习惯及其后果; 3. 表明何为健康的饮食习惯。结尾:发出倡议。
