Unlike the owls in the Harry Potter books, homing pigeons can’t be given an address to fly to. But if they are taken away from home, even as far as 1100 miles away, homing pigeons can always find their way back.

Homing pigeons’ map mechanism relied on low-frequency infrasound. Humans cannot hear these sounds. But these sounds are created by nearly everything. Homing pigeons listen to these sounds until they recognize the sounds of their home.

How to register（报名）
Complete the application form at the end of this booklet. Each from must be signed by the child's parents. The parents will receive an email message once we have dealt with the application. Please make sure that an email address is provided on the application form.
Our staff
Tall Pines School staff members are chosen for their experience and their ability to relate to children. The teaching staff is made up of trained teachers who know children's problems.
The environment
Campers are provided with a safe environment. We have a gym, a science lab, a computer lab and a library. They are all air-conditioned. We also have four playgrounds and a soccer field.
Expectations for behavior
At Tall Pines School, we expect children to show respect for each other and for their teachers. Students are not allowed to leave their camps without the agreement of the teacher.

Most 15-year-old teenagers are worrying about their math homework and trying to fit in with other kids of their age. But Henry Patterson is busy running a successful online business instead.
Patterson, a teenager from England, began to have this idea when he was nine. One year later,   he started a company called Not Before Tea. He began by selling sweets, but soon turned to household products like wash bags and soft toys. The items he sell feature（以…为特色）characters from a book he wrote called The Adventures of Sherb and Pip.
