Say: lk at the picture n Page20. This is Weimin’s bedrm. Let’s describe the rm, fr example, The balls are in the basket. The cat is n the wall. Then ask Ss t wrk in pairs t describe the rm. Mnitr as the students practice, give help if necessary.

Say: we’ll d reading. First ask Ss t read the statements and translate t see if they understand the meanings, deal with any prblem they have.
Ask Ss t read the dialgue t determine if the statements are true r false. Then ask Ss t check in pairs, then in class by telling the reasn.

Play the recrding again, the first time having Ss just listen. Then say “listen and repeat”. Play the dialgue, pausing after each line fr Ss t repeat. D this several times if necessary.
Then ask Ss t wrk in pairs t practice the dialgue.

Say: Clse yur bk. Rle-play the dialgue with a gd student. Then ask Ss t rle-play in pairs, telling them if the students need , they may lk quickly in his r her bk, but dn’t lk when speaking.
