In Manshiyet Rugla, whse name translates t “Little Village f Manhd,” traffic jams f any kind wuld be difficult t imagine in usual times.

“The whle village was ut there watching,” said Yussef Ghareeb, 19, a factry wrker.“We’ve gtten s used t having her arund, because we’ve been living n ur rftps just watching the ship fr fur days.”
It was universally agreed that the view was even better at night, when the ship glwed with light: a skyscraper right ut f a big-city skyline, lying n its side.
“When it lights up at night, it’s like the Titanic,” said Nadia, Umm Gaafar's neighbr.“All it’s missing is the necklace frm the mvie.”

Manshiyet Rugla
