    Gu Ailing Su Yiming
    They are drawing the attentin f the wrld. They are the backbne (脊梁) f the frce that is ging t shape ur future. Wh are they? They are the yung generatin wh were brn after 2000.
    This year, several yung athletes have shne brightly at the Beijing Winter Olympics, giving us a glimpse (一瞥) f their generatin's nature.
    Obviusly, the yung generatin is filled with "brave warrirs (战士)" wh want t challenge impssibilities and push bundaries. Freestyle skier Gu Ailing is a gd example. After she finished strng in the first tw jumps in the wmen's freeski Big Air event, it was certain that she culd get a medal. But instead f playing it safe, the 18-year-ld skier pushed herself t the limit. On the last jump, Gu decided t attempt a difficult trick: a left duble crk (左侧两周空翻转体) 1620-fur and a half rtatins (旋转) in the air-befre landing.
    “I have never dne the 'left 16' befre. I hadn't prepared much fr it apart frm tw days n the air bag," Gu tld China Daily, “ but I felt it was a chance t push myself t the limit”.
    But fr these yung athletes, the sprt is never just abut scres, but als abut having as much fun as pssible.
    Brn in the US, Gu faced criticism and dubts fr representing China in the Beijing Winter Olympics.
    When questined by The Guardian at a news cnference n Feb 8, the “pst-00” said bluntly (直截了当地) that she wasn't trying t make everyne happy.

    Missing by, Sun Zhu, was finally reunited with his family n Dec 6, 2021. He was separated frm his family fr 14 years.
    Brn in 2003, Sun Zhu went missing in 2007, shrtly after his family mved t Shenzhen frm Hubei. On Oct 9 that year, Sun Zhu was abducted (诱拐) by a man while playing in frnt f the family’s hme.     Five, fur, three, tw, ne, blast ff (发射升空)! At 00:23 n Oct 16, 2021, the Shenzhu XIII spacecraft rse int the sky frm the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu. Three Chinese astrnauts – Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu – set ff fr the Tiangng space statin.

    Shenzhu XIII is the furth spacecraft t visit the Tiangng statin and the secnd manned ship t transprt astrnauts t the rbiting utpst (轨道位置). Befre it, Shenzhu XII manned spacecraft was launched n June 17, carrying three astrnauts – Nie Haisheng, Liu Bming and Tang Hngb.
