(通过复习和讨论,引入食物与special hlidays的关联概念,既复习了前面的内容,有为后

(教师通过几个关键词的渗透农历新年的表达,降低学习难度,并让学生明确春节一般到正月十五闹元宵以后就结束了)

Lng ag,There was a hrrible mnster that came ut n the same day each year t eat peple. This mnster was named Nian,
Peple were scared because every time it came ut, whle villages wuld be destryed at a time. S, every time the mnster came, peple wuld huddle tgether in their hmes and stay up all night, wanting nt t be eaten. This happened fr many years until a wise man thught up a plan. They lit bamb. The bamb cracked and made a lt f nise. The mnster was scared and ran back t its cave withut eating any peple.
The next mrning, peple cngratulated each ther. S, frm then n, peple stayed up late, lit firecrackers and cngratulated each ther when the new year came.

Ingredients:flur and water ( t make dumpling wraps),meat (prk , beef r muttn),salt, sy sauce 酱油,MSG 味精,sesame il麻油
S:First, mix flur with water. Then, make fillings fr dumplings, chp up meat and vegetables, and mix them all up. After that, add sme salt, sy sauce, MSG and seasame il t this. Next, rll ut dumpling wraps, and knead (揉;捏) the dumplings. Finally, put them int biling water.
