易混辨析:
1.That’s all right.没关系。
①对别人致谢的回答,意思是“不用谢;别客气”,其含义相当于That's OK. /
Not at all. / You're welcome等.
②对别人致歉时的回答,意思是“没关系;不介意”,其含义相当于It doesn't matter.
或Never mind.
2.That's right.
这里的right意思是"正确的;对的",它主要用于表示对某一事物的肯定,即同意对方
的观点或意见。在口语中,可直接用right作答。

【归纳1】Su Yang’s名词所有格,表示物品所有权。
一般在名词后加“’s”,表示“...的”。 如:Helen’s dress, my father’s gloves.
另有特殊情况:
①以s结尾的规则复数名词后只加“ ’ ”。
如:Teachers’ Day 教师节,the students’ books 学生们的书,teachers’ office 老师们
的办公室;
② 不规则复数名词后加“’s”。
如:Women’s Day 妇女节, Children’s Day 儿童节;
③ 两者共有时最后加一个“ ’s ”。
如:Su Yang and Su Hai’s room苏洋和苏海的房间。
若不共有则分别都要加“ ’s ”,
如:Mike’s and Liu Tao’s mother 迈克的妈妈和刘涛的妈妈;
④ 名词若是无生命的东西,要用of 构成名词所有格。翻译时需注意英汉语序的不同。
如:a map of China 一幅中国地图,the door of the room 房间的门。

语法小知识
1. 在英语中有些名词可以通过词尾加’s来表示所有关系,称为名词所有格,表示“某人的”。
(1)一般情况下,是在单数名词的词尾直接加"'s"。例如:
Peter’s snack bar皮特的快餐店 her brother’s toys她弟弟的玩具
(2)以-s结尾的复数名词,只能在词尾加'。比如:
Teachers’ Day教师节 the students’ books学生们的书
(3) 如果物品是两个人的,那么只要在最后一个人名后面加s,例如:
Tom and Jim’s, 汤姆和吉姆的(两人共同拥有的)
名词所有格所修饰的词,如果前面已经提到,往往省略以避免重复。
如:This is not my pencil. It’s Helen’s. 这不是我的铅笔,是海伦的。
That English book is Mike’s. 那边英语书的迈克的。
注意:句中’s有多种意思:
It’s my pencil case. ( it’s = it is 它是) My name’s Lily. ( name is 缩略形式)
Let’s go to the playground. (let’s= let us让我们) They’re Su Hai’s dolls. (名词所有格)
2. 在英语中,由两个相连接部分组成的,或成双成对使用的物品,名词通常用复数形式。
如:trousers, jeans, shorts, gloves, shoes, socks, 可以用a pair of 表示数量
如:a pair of trousers一条裤子 a pair of gloves 一双手套 two pairs of shoes两双鞋
