【语法】

1.Your trousers are too long, Su Yang. Try these. 你的裤子太长，苏洋。试试这条。trousers 指“裤子”，常用复数形式。

如果 trousers 用作主语，动词也要用复数形式。

如：--Where are my trousers?  我的裤子在哪里？

--They’re on the sofa. 在沙发上。

a pair of trousers 一条裤子

相同用法的词汇还有：shoes, socks, gloves, jeans, shorts 等。

2.Now, let’s go to the party. 我们去参加派对吧。

now 在这里不表示时间，而是用来引起注意，无实义。

Now come and sit down. 过来坐下。

Now, stop talking and listen to me. 别讲话，听我说。

3.They’re so big. 它们真大。

so 在这里表示程度，是“这么”、“那么”、“如此”等的意思。

The bird is so beautiful. 那鸟多么漂亮。

The fruit salad is so nice. 那水果沙拉真不错。

4.--Whose gloves are these, Su Yang? 苏洋，这是谁的手套？

--They’re my father’s. 这是我爸爸。

’s 用来表示所有关系，这种词尾加’s 的形式名称为名词所有格

如: Peter’s snack bar, my father’s gloves 等。

This is not my pencil. It’s Yang Ling’s. 这不是我的铅笔，这是杨玲的。
