通过引导学生展望未来，及对未来生活的设计，来达到前景教育的目的，同时也通过对前景的设想，让学生在潜移默化中反省自己的现状，使之对目前的学习、生活习惯作适当的调整，并不断的改善自己的现状，使学生的理想观和价值观更为科学，更具发展价值。

3） 阅读短文，获得相关信息，提高学生们的综合阅读能力。

三、教学过程
Ⅰ. Warming- up and revisin
1. Daily greeting.
2. 复习情态动词will 构成的一般将来时态的构成。
3. 复习mre, fewer, less 后面所跟名词的情况。
4. 让学生们谈谈自己所画的未来城市的前景情况。
Ⅱ. Lead in
1. Ask Ss sme questins:
T: What will d in the future?
T: Where will yu live?
T: Hw will yu g t wrk?
Get sme Ss think and answer the questins.
2. Present sme new wrds n the big screen. e.g.
apartment, rcket, space, space statin, human, servant, factry…
3. Explain sme main wrds t the Ss . Give sme examples n the big screen.

Ⅳ. Listening
Wrk n 1c:
1. Tell Ss t listen t Alexis and Je’s cnversatin. and Number the pictures 1-3.
2. Play the recrding fr the Ss. Ss just listen fr the first time. Play the recrding again and number the pictures.
3. Play the recrding and check the answers with the Ss.
Wrk n 1d:
1. T: Nw please read the sentences in 1d. Tell Ss they'll listen t the tape again. Then try t fill in the blanks with the wrds in the chart.
听力指导： 通过事物读句子及空格中的单词，可以看出，本听力重点要求我们听清句子的时态，因此我们在听时应重点听句子的谓语动词，并明确其时态。如果不能快速写下来，可以先做标记，在听完后再写完整。
