Ⅰ.教材单元分析
1. 学生情况分析:
我班的学生们活泼好动,喜欢直观形象的事物,对游戏、竞赛、动画特别感兴趣,对英语学习有浓厚的兴趣,已有一定的英语学习基础,能够说出一些与日常生活密切相关的英文单词,朗朗上口的小儿歌,还能够说出一些简单的日常交际用语,会唱简单的英文歌曲。但他们对于西方的一些节日,如母亲节,父亲节,万圣节等比较陌生,所以对于西方文化的一种熏陶很有必要。
2. 教材情况分析:
本单元主要是围绕西方母亲节为主题,让学生了解有关母亲节的相关信息,学习有关母亲节的简单词汇:(carnation,letter,balloon等)和主要句型(Here's a ...for... Happy Mother's Day!),通过制作礼物并送给母亲,表达对母亲的祝福和爱。在整册教材中,这一单元比较独立,相关内容也比较少,有一定难度,特别是制作礼物步骤比较难表达。
3. 单元目标分析:
知识与能力:
1)了解母亲节的有关信息。
2)学习并使用有关母亲节的词汇:carnation,letter,balloon,hug,kiss
3)学会用Here's a ...for...Happy Mother's Day!等句型来表演,给母亲送礼物。
4)了解并动手制作母亲节礼物的简单过程。
5)有感情地表演有关母亲节的儿歌歌曲。
过程与方法:
1)以母亲节为文化背景,通过儿歌,歌曲表演等,使学生愉快地参与教学活动,感受西方文化。
2)通过动手制作礼物和给母亲送礼物的表演,学生间进行语言交流,提高语言能力。
情感态度与价值观:
1)激发学生对母亲的感恩和爱。
2)引导学生体验参与,相互协作。
4. 教学策略分析
结合本节课的教学内容,充分考虑到低年级学生的认知规律与能力,以学生为主体,以人为本,采用情境教学法、全身动作反应法、整体语言教学法、任务型教学途径等激励情趣,创造充满生命活力的英语课堂。
1)情境教学法
以母亲节为背景,运用媒介创设出真实的情景,激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生参与其中,通过Rhyme, song, chant与学生进行情感交流,激励情趣,使学生愉快学习。
2)全身动作反应法
二年级的学生有很强的模仿能力,当老师有意识地将语言与动作相结合来教学时,他们很乐于接受,一方面做到了形象、直观,另一方面也能最大限度地调动全体学生参与其中。
3)任务型教学途径
任务型教学途径是新课标倡导的主要教学途径,在这节课上我设计了guess the gift, listen and enjoy及make and play等各种任务,让学生在做有意义的事情中不知不觉地习得语言。

通过谈论图片,引出本单元主题:母亲节 老师简单介绍西方母亲节的时间:五月份的第二个星期天 让学生初步感知母亲节对母亲的祝福。
通过图片Mary送给妈妈的礼物引出新单词。单词比较长,通过各种方式拼读。
通过编编儿歌,提高学生兴趣的同时巩固新词。
通过游戏传递carnation,自然而然引出新句型。 通过游戏方式,传递学习用品操练新句型,学以致用。
引出复数的表达, 通过比较,使学生明白单复数的不同用法。
图片引出新单词,让学生理解card和letter的区别。
