2.复习和巩固本模块的重要句型:

(3) There is a lt f traffic and pllutin.
3. 掌握大数字的表达方法和冠词的用法。

2. 掌握大数字的表达方式和冠词的用法。
难点:1. 掌握本单元的单词和重要句型。
2. 掌握大数字的表达方法和冠词的用法;能够就人口问题展开讨论。

1. 多媒体设备和课件;
2. 设计课后巩固练习;
3. 教学图片。
四、教学过程
Step 1 Revisin
1. Ask Ss t lk at the sentences and fill in the blanks.
2. Check the answers tgether.
【设计意图】通过填写本模块重点句子,复习之前学过的知识并顺利引入今天所学的知识。
Step 2 Presentatin
1. Ask Ss t read the sentences in language practice individually and then wrk in grups t talk abut the grammar f large number and articles.
2. Ask Ss t summarize the rules f large number and articles.
3. T explains the grammar pints.
(1) 用英语朗读数字时,要将每三位数看做一个单位,每个单位里的数字按照百、十、个位往后读,遵循百位以内数字的读法。
(2) 冠词分为不定冠词 a, an、定冠词 the和零冠词三种,零冠词指的是不用冠词的情况。
【设计意图】本活动通过学生熟悉的句子引出,教师引导学生观察句子总结语法,然后再进行讲解,可以帮助学生更深刻地理解知识点。

(4) Ask Ss t read the large number ludly.
【设计意图】本活动通过猜测每个国家的人口数量并听录音,操练学生对于大数字的读法。
4. Wrk n Activity 3.
(1) Intrduce the methds f hw t read a chart firstly.
T: When yu see a table r a chart, lk carefully at the labels and graphs t make sure that yu understand what they are shwing.
(2) Ask Ss t wrk in grups and answer the questins accrding t the chart.
(3) Ask Ss t share and discuss their answers in grup.
(4) Check the answers as a class.
【设计意图】本活动要求读图表,回答问题,旨在操练大数字的读法。活动把学习数字与培养学生的观察和分析能力有机结合起来,使学生能在自然的语境中使用已学知识。
