      Canadian vilinist Adrian Anantawan just wants t make music. But when he perfrms, the audience aren’t
      just hearing the beautiful sunds frm his vilin; they’re hearing the sunds f inspiratin.
      Anantawan was brn withut mst f his right frearm, a disability that culd have prevented him frm
      becming a musician, but this hasn’t stpped him frm fllwing his dreams. “A lt f times, we let fear get in the
      way f trying anything,” said Anantawan. “Fr me, my stry has always been a result f just trying smething,
      being kay with failure, and then just seeing what the results are. In my case, it’s really just beautiful, expressive
      music.”
      The rad wasn’t that easy fr Anantawan. In elementary schl, his music teacher wanted him t play the
      trumpet (小号) but Anantawan wasn’t mved by the sund. He really wanted t play the vilin. He was refused by
      many music teachers wh culd nt think utside the bx. After a lt f rejectins, he finally fund a teacher,
      Peggy Hills, and he learned t play with his left hand. “Frm the very first nte that I was playing, I was really
      attracted t the sund and the cnnectin f my bdy t the instrument,” Anantawan said.
      Nw, Anantawan is an assciate prfessr at the Berklee Cllege f Music and he funded the Music
      Inclusin Ensemble, a grup f peple with different disabilities. The gal f it is t make sure that peple wh
      have challenges feel like they have chices in finding ways t express themselves, like he did thrugh music. “My
      duty is t use this platfrm in sme way t shw peple what a persn with a visible disability can d. And yu

      The experiment ran fr six mnths. The number f days that wrkers were ut sick drpped by 65%. On
      average, 57% fewer peple quit their jbs during the fur-day wrking week trial. What’s mre, the cmpanies

      In general, wrkers said the fur-day wrk week left them feeling less tired. Abut 71% said they felt less
