Elizabeth Blackwell was brn in England in 1821, and mved t New Yrk City when she was ten years ld. One day she decided that she wanted t becme a dctr. Banning private transprt and allwing nly public transprt wuld be highly incnvenient fr many peple. As far as I can see, ne slutin wuld be t allw cars int the city centre n alternate days. On the ther hand, creating mre car parks just utside the city centre and prviding free buses, r charging cares t drive int the centre may be better slutins . Many peple might chse t take public transprt because it is cheaper. In that way, the city authrities culd als make sme extra mney.
