      Science is prving what pet wners have lng believed: Dgs understand what we're feeling. Especially, dgs can recgnize(识别) the difference between a happy
      and an angry human face, a study published Thursday in Current Bilgy suggests.
      It's the first research t shw that dgs are sensitive (敏感) t ur facial expressins, says the authr Ludwig Huber at the University f Veterinary Medicine, Vienna.
      In the Austrian study, 20 different kinds f pet dgs were taught t play a cmputer game thrugh a series f exercises. In the first step, the dgs were shwn tw tuch screens, ne with a circle and ne with a square. Thrugh the exercises, they learned that a treat wuld appear if they chse the right ne.
      Eleven f the 20 dgs were able t catch n t rules f the game and make it t the next test, where they were shwn phts f happy and angry faces. The dgs were rewarded if they picked certain expressin crrectly. During the test, the dgs were shwn nly the upper half r the lwer half f a face.
      It was easier t teach the dgs t chse a happy expressin than an angry ne, suggesting the dgs d indeed understand the meaning behind the expressin, Huber
