with the bttm 5 percent f participants with the least healthy lifestyles, thse wh slept fr abut 5 minutes mre
each day, engaged in exercise fr abut 2 minutes lnger and ate an extra half serving f vegetables daily lived fr
a year lnger, n average.
This cmbinatin f small lifestyle changes had the same effect as making larger shifts in nly ne aspect f
