【What】本单元以“自我规划与未来展望”为核心主题，围绕中学生对未来职业的设想和计划展开，引导学生学习如何谈论理想职业并制定实现路径。单元开篇通过驱动性问题“Why d we need plans?”引发思考，明确四项学习目标：谈论梦想职业、运用be ging t结构表达未来计划、阅读和撰写新年决心、探索自我提升方法。“Lk and share”环节通过观察图片和问题，引导学生思考计划制定的场景和意义。
【Why】本单元的设计旨在通过职业规划这一贴近学生未来发展的话题，培养学生的语言表达能力与未来规划意识。从认知层面看，引导学生思考计划的重要性，呼应核心问题“Why d we need plans?”；从语言能力看，重点训练be ging t结构在表达未来计划中的使用，掌握职业话题的交际表达方式；从情感态度看，对话中展现的对不同职业的尊重和对实现梦想的坚定决心，传递勇于追求梦想、脚踏实地付诸行动的价值理念；从思维品质看，通过职业选择的原因追问和实现路径的规划，培养学生的逻辑思维与前瞻性思考能力。
【Hw】教材通过校园对话与生活场景实现教学目标。职业规划话题作为核心载体，直观呈现“计划与未来”的主题，其开放式问题（职业兴趣/实现方式）激活学生对未来的思考，为语言输出提供内容基础。两段对话系统示范目标语言：语言形式上，集中呈现be ging t结构在不同人称中的运用（如I'm ging are yu ging t...）及职业相关词汇，明确未来计划的表达方法；内容组织上，第一段对话聚焦消防员职业要求与体能训练计划，第二段对话展示创意类与技术类职业的不同准备路径，共同构建“职业规划”话题的完整情境；交际策略上，嵌入原因阐述（because...）与具体计划描述，增强语言输出的逻辑性和真实性。教师可依托此语篇设计职业调查、计划制定等活动，引导学生迁移。
