Trekkers are advised t fllw a 20-day exercise plan at hme befre a trek.“Anyne can apply, but they must prvide medical test reprts frm a dctr,” Vijay said. The reprts are checked befre bking. “That’s why we nly accept sign-ups a mnth in advance — t ensure there’s enugh time t review their cnditin,” Vijay explained. “Befre the trek begins every day, we als cnduct medical check-ups t track bld pressure and ther imprtant signs. If anyne is fund unfit, they are cared fr at the base camp.”
