Accrding t , Tencent Yutu Lab has develped an AI sign language translatr (翻译器). It was intrduced at Tencent Glbal Digital Ecsystem Summit, which was held in Kunming in May, 2019.
The translatr uses a cmmn camera t catch sign language infrmatin and then makes backgrund calculating (后台计算). Jia Jiaya is a scientist wh wrks in the Tencent Yutu Lab. He said that scientists expect t set up the machines in public areas like airprts and cities’ centres in the future.
Sign language recgnitin (识别) (SLR) can identify hand gestures and translate them int written texts with the help f cmputers.
