      The study fllwed 850 middle schl students acrss China ver tw years, tracking their sleep patterns and schl perfrmance. Researchers divided the students int tw grups: thse wh slept regularly fr 8-10 hurs every night, even n weekends, and thse wh had irregular sleep schedules, ften sleeping less than 6 hurs n schl nights and catching up n weekends.
