      In 2019, Canadians were advised t accept plant-based prteins such as beans, nuts and tfu instead f meat. “Over the past years, we’ve seen a changing fd envirnment with mre access t plant-based fd.       Researchers tested 8,907 children in a study. The data were cllected between 2008 and 2019. Children were gruped by their vegetarian status (状态)——defined as a dietary pattern that desn’t include meat r nn-vegetarian status.
