Once upn a time, a hipp(河马) lived river next t a big tree.
One day, a bird came and nested(筑巢) in the tree. The sngs f the bird filled the hipp with s much envy(羡慕) that he culdn't think f anything else. Every day he wuld think why he wasn't brn t be a bird even thugh the bird tld him many times he was s lucky t be s big and such a gd swimmer.
Finally, the hipp made up his mind that he wuld cme ut f the river, climb the tree, and art singing. Hwever, when he tried t the tree, it was very clear that the hipp didn't have wings r claws t climb with.
Realizing that he wuld never climb up the tree, he angrily hit the tree until it came crashing t the grund, Then he stepped nt the leaves f the fallen tree, and began singing.
Unfrtunately, hipps can't sing either. All that came frm his muth were terrible nise and when the ther animals heard this came arund t make fun f the hipp.
