Smetimes a little self-criticism (自我批评) is nt a bad thing. We can learn much frm ur mistakes. Hwever, t much f it may result in health prblems. When self-criticism becmes t much, it can turn int negative self-talk. Negative self-talk is that little vice in yur head. It says yu are nt gd enugh.
