Dwntwn Baltimre is hme t an unusual experiment that seems strange—cling buildings with ice. It’s a service prvided by Velia Energy. Velia desn’t run big cal r nuclear pwer plants—instead, it tries t deliver “efficiency”—basically getting mre ut f the electricity netwrk.
