      Objectives:
      *understand and enjy the stry with the help f the teacher and pictures
      *try t dramatize the stry with the help f the teacher
      Language fcus:
      Vcabulary: river
      Sentence pattern: What can I d? Let me help yu.
      Prcedures:
      Activity 1: Let’s chant
      Say the new chant learnt in the previus lessn with the pupils and d actins
      Activity 2: Stry time
      Tell the stry fr the first time using sme pictures and ask the pupils t check whether their predictins are right r nt. G n telling the stry and stp befre the last picture. Ask the pupils t guess what will happen last.
      Tell the ending f the stry and ask the pupils what they’ve learnt in the stry
      Tell the stry fr the secnd and the third time, and invite the pupils t jin in by ding actins r saying after the teacher.
      Divide the pupils int grups and ask them t practice telling r dramatizing the stry.
      Activity 3: Andy’s bx
      Ask pupils t pen their textbks t Andy’s bx then read the wrds and say the sentences n the page with the whle class.
      Ask the pupils t take ut a pencil and then read the wrds again with their partners. If ne can read the wrds crrectly, then he can make a tick beside the wrds. If he cannt read the wrds crrectly, then he can ask fr help frm his partner and try t read again. Then ask them t say the sentences in the same way.
      Ask the pupils t d a simple self-assessing activity in the part f “Our wrk in Unit 6 is:” and cmment n their learning this unit psitively.
