大多数形容词有三种等级：原级 比较级最高级
big biggerbiggest
比较级用于比较两个人或物;比较级后通常出现“than”.
最高级通常用于比较三个或三个以上人或物;最高级前要用the连接。
原级 原级用于描述一个人或物体

大部分单音节词在词尾加-er或-est
以字母e结尾的词，加-r或-st
重读闭音节词 末尾只有一个辅音字母时，应先双写辅音字母，再加-er或-est
以辅音字母+y结尾的双音节词，先改“y”为“i”,再加-er或-est
部分双音节词和多音节词在前面加mre或mst
