But the views at hme are better. The beds are mre cmfrtable. It’s mre peaceful. And at hme, the fd is better.” I’ll admit she’s right abut the first three. But the fd? 1. 根据第二段“But n, Alex wasn’t having any f it. “I dn’t need it,” he said simply.(但不,亚历克斯根本不接受我的建议。
根据划线词后文“after a day f burning ff calries walking r climbing r backcuntry skiing in the muntains(在进行了一整天的步行、登山或在山区进行越野滑雪等消耗卡路里的运动之后)”可知,在户外活动一天后,人们消耗了大量卡路里,感到非常饿的状态。
根据最后一段“When yu’re camping, life is reduced t its essentials, and I’m reminded f hw privileged mst f us are t be dry, warm and fed.
根据第一段“Whether due t nature r nurture, I grew int a persn wh was a bit discnnected, which was gd fr a career in jurnalism but nt fr emtinal availability r a jyus life.(无论是天性还是后天培养,我成长为一个有点脱节的人,这对从事新闻工作有好处,但不利于情感投入或快乐生活)”可知,作者认为自己的疏离性格对他作为记者的行业来说是有帮助的。故选C。
故选A。
最终,引用权威观点将核心概念“Attentin(关注)”明确界定为“a mral act(一种道德行为)”,并指出其核心作用——“it gives life t what it fcuses n(它赋予其关注对象以生命)”。 T stress the mral act f human being(强调人的道德行为)是作者的写作目的。

1.根据上文“Persnality tests, especially the Myers-Briggs type indicatr (MBTI), are ppular tls that many peple use t better understand themselves and their relatinships with thers. MBTI srts peple int 16 different persnality types based n fur key categries.
2.根据上文“What the MBTI test reveals is just a snapsht f ne’s preferences, nt a cmplete definitin f wh yu are. Fr example, if the test labels (贴标签) yu as an “intrvert (内向的人)”, yu may feel tempted t avid scial cmmunicatin because yu think it’s nt in yur nature t be utging. But yu might find that yur ability t enjy scial events increases ver time.
3.根据上文“Similarly, if yu are categrized as a “thinking” type, it might lead yu t believe that yu are always ratinal (理性的), while neglecting yur “feeling” side. (同样,如果你被归类为“思考”型,这可能会让你认为自己总是理性的,而忽略了你的“情感”方面)”以及下文“Emtinal respnse is als an essential part f human nature, and embracing them can enhance yur decisin-making prcess and relatinships.
4.根据下文“They might think, fr instance, that an “intrvert” wuld nt be a gd leader. But there are cuntless examples f intrverts succeeding in these types f rles. Many intrverts achieve success thrugh careful listening and thughtful decisin-making. Dn’t let the MBTI label stp yu frm pursuing pprtunities that feel right fr yu.(例如,他们可能会认为“内向的人”不会成为好领导。 中believe their “type” restricts与下文think that an “intrvert” wuld nt be a gd leader相呼应,符合语境。故选F。
5.根据上文“Finally, ne f the mst imprtant lessns we can learn frm the MBTI is that we are nt defined by ne test r label. The test results shuld be seen as a guide, nt a limitatin. By fcusing n ur strengths and embracing the full cmplexity f ur persnalities, we can lead richer and mre fulfilling lives. 中mre than the labels与上文nt defined by ne test r label相呼应,符合语境。故选A。

“There is a chance that...” 故填that。
feel ashamed t d sth. 故填t have questined。
“It is + adj. + f sb. t d sth.” 故填It。
故填in。
