Ten years ag, Price Hill resident Patti Hgan nticed a prblem in her neighbrhd. Instead f letting the prblem g n, she tk actin. Hgan is nw a bard member fr the prgram she launched a decade ag, the Price Hill Safety Cmmunity Actin Team (CAT). The cmmunity prgram wrks t beautify Price Hill while als keeping kids ut f truble.
Hgan has lived in Price Hill all her life and started the Safety CAT t address a significant prblem she was seeing in the cmmunity. “We had a terrible prblem with yung kids just standing arund n the street and wrestling with each ther,” Hgan said.
