39. 文中提到 “they have successfully achieved a gd fit between DeepSeek mdels and dmestic DCU chips” ,关键词“dmestic”表明DCU芯片是国产的,并非西方国家生产,文中也未提及仅用于智能手机以及比其他芯片便宜,所以选B。
40. 根据 “This achievement nt nly reduce ur dependence n freign chips t sme extent but als gives a strng bst t the develpment f China's dmestic AI and chip industries. It lays the fundatin fr a mre self - reliant and innvative future in the tech wrld” 可知,DeepSeek在国产适配方面的努力减少了对国外芯片的依赖,推动了国内AI和芯片产业发展,为技术领域更自主创新的未来奠定基础,也就是支持了中国的自主技术发展,并非因技术挑战失败,也不是只关注AI研究不关注芯片,更没有增加对国外技术的依赖,所以选B 。

66.“have a lng histry f...”
70.“at the age f...”
71.根据上文“Many places arund the wrld have a traditin f flying kites”和下文“I think the cultural idea behind ur kites is special”可知,此处表示转折关系,所以用 But 连接。
75.“a great sense f...”后接名词,achieve 的名词形式是 achievement,“a great sense f achievement”意为“强烈的成就感”,所以填achievement.
