66．A Schl Clean-up Activity
Last Friday, ur schl rganized a clean-up activity whse theme was “Cperative Labr, Beautifying the Campus”. The activity was aimed at instilling team spirit and respnsibility amng us students while making the schl envirnment appealing.
The labr scene was energetic. At the designated time, we frmed small grups, each assigned t a specific area. We tried t ensure that n crner was left unattended. It was heartening t witness everyne’s dedicatin t the task at hand. Finally, we finished cleaning the campus perfectly.
Persnally, I felt fulfillment. As the campus began t regain its riginal beauty, it was incredibly satisfying. Additinally, the activity allwed us t bnd with thers, fstering a sense f cmmunity within the schl.

I walked up t the cunter and asked fr a tiny cup f ice cream. The wman behind the cunter did the usual custmer service: “Hw’s yur day?” I talked abut hw I had t g hme because I wasn’t well enugh t wrk and that I wuld end up missing shark week because f it. I almst brke ut crying. Hearing my stry, she lked sad and kindly cmfrted me. Sn I finished my ice cream, std up and reached my hand t my pcket.
Befre I culd even pull ut my wallet, the wman held up her hand. Gladly she tld me that it was n her. Turning t the fridge, she brught a bigger ice cream and tld me t feel better with it. I might’ve actually started crying then, I’m nt sure, but I did thank her abut a millin times befre ging t my bus. It was she wh made my terrible day just a little bit better. She didn’t have t, but she did. I hpe life has been kind t her.
