    1. Present the new wrds n the big screen and learn the new wrds tgether.
    1) repair v. 修理;修补 2) fix v. 安装;使固定
    3) give away 赠送;捐赠 4) wheel n. 车轮;轮子
    5) brken adj. 破损的 6)take after 长得像
    2. Ss read and try t remember the new wrds. And ask them t make sentences with the structures
    3.Ask students t try t describe the same wrds and expressin
    4. Wrk n 1a and match the sentences with the similar meaning.
    Ask ne student read the phrases and the nuns. Tell Ss t match the phrasal verbs with the nuns. Then make sentences with the phrases.

    . T intrduces a new friend t Ss. Tell Ss t lk at the pictures in 1c. Tell them the by in the pictures is Jimmy. He’s a gd by. He likes t help thers. What is he ding nw? ask students t lk at the pictures and try t describe what the cntent is abut .students can make sentences with the new phrasal verbs what they have just learned ?
    2. Put the pictures in rder
    Let Ss wrk in pairs and ask them t put the pictures in rder in their minds.

    Divide Ss in t grups f fur.Then ask them t tell a stry f Jimmy by using their wn rders.
    Give Ss sme time t d it.
    Finally , ask sme grups t shw their stries.
    4.Listen and number
    Play the recrding fr the Ss. Ss just listen fr the first time. Play the recrding again and number the pictures.
    Check the answers:

    Listen t the tape fr a secnd time. And chse the phrases yu hear.
    Play the tape.
    Check the answers.

    2. Play the recrding again fr the Ss t listen and judge.
    3. Ss listen t the recrding carefully and try t judge.
