学情分析
本单元学习的主题是人物职业和生活情况。本节课通过家长日Oliver和Sarah在家长日谈论自己父母的情景让学生感知What des he/she d? He/ She is …的语义和语用情景。在此之前学生已经在三四五年级学习了职业单词teacher,
taxi driver, farmer, ck, nurse, dctr等并已掌握句型:
What’s yur father/ mther?
重点难点
能够听、说、认读拓展句型What are yu ging t be? I am ging t be a/an... 突破方法:小组对话、学生搭档对话、 游戏等方式,突破难点

1、Intrduce the teacher herself t the new students.
2、 通过上一个活动,老师袒露心声:I want t be a head teacher.自然引出:What d yu want t be?
3、让学生来说说自己的理想与愿望。I want t be a…
4、复习三至五年已经学过的职业单词。并结合句型:What’s his/her jb?
He/ She is a …进行问答。【活动】U5 A Let｀s talk
1、巧妙借助上面的活动,利用多媒体图片,自然地问学生:What des he/she d? He/ She is a…呈现本课重点句型。
2、结合多媒体图片,提供操练的素材,让学生多感知和练习句型:What des he/she d? He/ She is a…
3、拓展主干句型的复数形式:What d they d? They are plicemen\writers\cleaners\ftball players\dancers\singers.
4.教学A let’s talk
Let’s try
1、紧接着上面的活动,展示出Sarah 和 Oliver的相片,问到:What des they d ?引导学生回答:They are students. 再问:What are they talking abut? 再学生的几度猜测后,教师可以展示一张Parents’ Day的相片,点题:Parents’ Day.
2、提出两个问题,让学生带着问题听录音,判断以下信息。
(1):Sarah’s mther can/can’t cme tday.
(2):Her father is a dctr/teacher/taxi driver.
3、让学生回答以上问题后,教师继续提问:What abut Oliver’s father?
Q1:Can Oliver’s father cme tday?
Q2:What des Oliver’s father d ?
4、学生带着以上两个问题听课文录音,然后回答。
(1).教师播放课本“Let’s talk”部分的录音,让学生带着问题“Hw des Sarah g t schl? 去听,然后根据听到的内容回答老师的提问。
5、利用思维导图帮助学生梳理Oliver’s father 的一些信息。

6、通过有效的提问,让学生感知:ther cuntries.
7、Listen, watch and judge.获取更多细节信息。
(1)Oliver’s father is in Australia.
(2)Oliver’s mther is a head teacher.
(3)Oliver wants t be a teacher。
8、学生回答以上问题。
9、回到文本。
(1).教师再放录音,在每句话后停顿,让学生跟读,教师要注意及时纠正学生在跟读过程中出现的语音、语调方面的错误。
(3).跟读完一遍后,教师再放一遍录音,让学生根据刚才老师提出的问题和自己在跟读过程中出现的错误,重新从整体上把握一下。
(4)请学生分角色上台朗读对话,和表演。
