And this trip als changes the impressin f the writer n this city and enables the writer t feel the cultural diversity f San Francisc. San Francisc is a vibrant city with diverse culture and ethnic diversity which is influenced by the histrical changes and immigrants’ culture. Fr ss, they may have knwn sth abut this city, but they dn’t knw the features f this city and the histrical reasns behind it. Thus, the teaching aims are as fllw:

    T summarize the features f this city thrugh analyzing the writer’s feeling and sme facts the writer has seen in this city.
    T raise awareness f cultural diversity thrugh evaluating the benefits and the challenges f cultural diversity.

    Grup wrk: list what yu want t knw abut this city.
    (Aims: T activate Ss’ reading mtives and train Ss’ critical thinking thrugh brainstrming the questins.)
    Step3: Skimming
    Read fr the genre f the text and main structure.
    (Aims: t knw the features f a travel jurnal and set up the whle structure f reading cntent.)

    Cmb the basic infrmatin f a travel jurnal like what the writer did and saw.
    Analyze the deep infrmatin f a travel jurnal like the feeling thrugh analyzing what the writer did and saw.
