Fr the time being, these systems will nly be used n limited-access highways, where there are n pedestrians(行人)r bicyclists. Vehicles with this technlgy will be able t drive at relatively high speeds, but nly in simple traffic situatins.
Bryan Reimer, a researcher with the Massachusetts Institute f Technlgy's Age Lab, said it will be decades befre peple can buy truly self-driving cars in which humans ride as passengers.
