The Tigris and Euphrates rivers have their surces in Turkey, fr example, but their basins are in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. River management frm Turkey wuld impact the freshwater available t these cuntries fr drinking, hygiene (卫生), industry, and transprtatin.
