Why wuld smene think picking up rubbish is fun?” Fr a lng time, I ften saw that ld lady—rain r shine—n my way t schl. In the beginning, I thught she was crazy t pick up rubbish. Hwever, I finally smiled and waved at her each time I saw her.
    Later, when I mved t cllege, I’d see rubbish in the grass and feel really angry abut it. I’d think, “Why isn’t anyne picking up rubbish? Peple are s uncncerned!” But shrtly after that, I said t myself, “Why d I think picking up rubbish is smene else’s duty?” And I culdn’t walk past trash withut feeling guilty (内疚的).
    S while walking in the cllege, I began picking up rubbish and made sure the campus was in better shape than I previusly fund it. My behavir influenced sme students. They started t help me ut.
    Like me, they als picked up rubbish whenever they nticed it. And ur cllege became mre beautiful. Seeing that, I began t think, “If I can pick up rubbish utside the cllege—in ther places f the twn, it may make a big difference t the twn.”
