    Mga Caves are magnificant art treasures. Mga Caves, r the Caves f the Thusand Buddhas(千佛洞), are lcated in Dunhuang, Gansu Prvince, n the ancient Silk Rad. The murals (壁画)and Buddha figures (佛像)in these caves are wrld-famus. The area was listed as a wrld cultural heritage by UNESCO in 1987.

They are recrding and cllecting digital images f cultural relics frm the Mga Caves, which were a key stp alng the Silk Rad thrughut China’s ancient histry. Nearly 500,000 high-quality digital phtgraphs have been prduced since the internatinal prject started in 1994.
