    Proficient in the use of key vocabulary and phrases in this lesson.

    Preliminary perception of the difference between the general past tense and the past perfect tense.

    Able to describe past events in appropriate tenses.

    Use the past perfect tense to express the past events.

    Understand the content of the material and extract important information.

    Master the basic structure of the past perfect tense in listening and speaking.

    Master the causes and consequences of what happened.

    Cultural awareness(文化意识):

    This lesson features a series of actions by the protagonist as storylines, intertwined. Show the students the causes and consequences of the development of the situation. Educate students to develop good living habits, abide by time, and plan their personal belongings. Simultaneously empathize with students emotionally. Minor incidents in life often occur, and should be treated correctly, without complaining or feeling discouraged, and find ways to solve them.

    3. Get students to talk about the life of the bear and try to list some adjectives.
    4. To show the topic of the unit:Life is full of the unexpected.

    Warming up and introduce the topic.

     

    讲授新课

    Teaching the new lesson

    新课呈现(Presentation)

    1. Get students to think about some unexpected things or events in their daily life.
    2. To show some pictures and get students to read and learn.
    3. To show another group pictures of unexpected event and encourage students to describe them in English.
    4. Choose several students to share their experience of these events.
    5. Read these phrases again.

     

    听力训练Listening

    1. Get students to look at the pictures on the textbook and try to guess:What happened with the girl.
    2. Help students to describe these passage in past tense sentences.
    3. To teach some new words and expressions for say a correct sentence.
    4. Play the tapes for the first time,students listen and get the main ideas with out doing any exercise.
    5. Get students to read the incomplete sentences in 1b to catch the main idea.
    6. Play the tapes for the second time and ask students to fill in the black.To give some pauses if necessary.
    7. Write down the phrases they have written and show the concept of past prefect tense.
    8. Help students to read the whole sentences and point the sequence of events. Help students to understand the structure.
    9. Read after tapes sentence by sentences and translate into Chinese.
    10. Simply explain some difficult phrases by using some examples.
    11. Ask students to underline past perfect tense structure in listening material.
    12. Read after the tapes again for correct their pronunciation.

    1. Get students to read the sentence structures and make conversations with their partners.
    2. Ask several groups to show their works in front of the class.

     

    归纳总结Exercise &Summary

    1. To show some words and phrases on the blackboard and ask students to fill in the blanks by using their correct forms.
    2. Check the answers and read for remember.
    3. Show some unlucky pictures and encourage students to share more unexpected events.
    4. List key sentences for students to read and remember.

    本节课从主人公一系列不同寻常的事件入手,讲述了一个倒霉的早晨。通过阐述过去发生的事情引出单元重点语法:现在完成时,并在实际句式中分析动作的前后顺序,从而更好地理解语法概念。

    课后反思

    1. Advantages(亮点):利用了大量的图片引出单元话题,通过描述图片内容帮助学生更好地理解事情的发展过程。在句式中对时间和动作进行了讲解和对比。

    2.Disadvantages(不足):课堂活动较少,听力训练不到位,随堂练习设计得不够充分,导致教学时间较为松散。

    3.Teaching Advice(教学建议):教师可结合听力内容设计较多的练习题(针对词汇和固定搭配),帮助学生掌握重要情节和重点词汇。
