学情分析	四年级学生还存在着学习方法和学习策略经验不足等问题，但他们却有着极强的求知欲强和表现欲。根据学生的心理特点我课上多以表扬为主，注重对学生英语学习兴趣的培养，鼓励他们大胆说、积极做、认真想！让学生们在玩玩、做做、说说中学习英语。

一、 Warmer-up and lead-in 1.Greeting . 2.Recite the text of last class. 3.Answer some questions about the text. 二、 Task presentation Today our task is talking about foreign invention 三、Text learning 1.T: We know Chinese people invented lots of important things. They were very clever. But Chinese people didn’t invent lots of things, too. For example: phone and bicycle. 2. Ss try to say: Chinese people didn’t invent telephone / bicycle. 3.出示单词bicycle。学生跟读单词。 T: Look at these two bicycles. Can you find the difference between them? One wheel is very big, one is small. 并出示单词（wheel） Who invented this bicycle? Today we’re going to learn M4U2. 4.Listen and find, then answer: English people invented this bicycle. T: When did he invent ? Ss: in 1839. Read the sentence again and again: He invented this bicycle in 1839. 5. 老师将“He invented this bicycle in 1839.”写在黑板上，并告诉学生在具体年份和月份前要用介词“in”。 6.Find the other sentence with past tense.（课件出示） He was English.7.Listen and repeat. 四、Practice 1.小组内练习朗读课文并根据提示复述课文。 Read and complete the passage. _____ _____this picture.
