一、教学目标
1. 掌握本课重点词汇和短语:weekday, house, start, work, break, evening, watch, do, homework, bed, sleep, go to school, get up, have breakfast, have lunch, go home, have dinner, go to bed, go to sleep
2. 掌握本课重点句型:
(1) I get up at half past seven, and then have breakfast.
(2) They go to the playground and play football, but I don’t like football.
3. 能够读懂关于一天学校生活的文章。
4. 能够用一般现在时写出自己一天的学校生活。
5. 能够使用“and”和“then”写出简单句。
6. 了解英语国家学生学校生活的情况。

重点:能够读懂关于英国中学生的日常生活的文章,并培养阅读技能。
难点:1. 能与同学就学校生活这一话题交互信息。

Step 1 Revision
Work in pairs and practice the conversation to review what they have learned last class.

Step 2 Pre-reading
Look at the pictures and learn new words and expressions.
设计意图:学习日常活动的短语,为后面的阅读活动扫清词汇障碍。
Step 3 While-reading
Activity 1~3
1. Read the passage and put the pictures in order.
2. Read the passage and match the times with the pictures in Activity 1.
3. Read the passage and underline the correct expressions.
4. Fill in the blanks according to the passage.

Step 4 Post-reading
Retell Alex’s school day according to the form.
