    掌握句型“—Do you often ...? YesI do./No, I dont.”。

    教学难点

    在真实情景中灵活运用所学句型问答日常活动。

    Step 1 Warm-up

     

           Greetings (师生之间打招呼问候)

           Play a game (Simon says)

    游戏复习短语。Give instructions and let students do the actions according to the instructions.

    T: (Simon says) wash my clothes/watch TV/do homework/read books ...  

           Review (复习句型)

    结合活动图片复习句型。Show some pictures of different activities on the PPT to lead students to talk about their weekend activities.

    T: What do you often do on the weekend?  

    Ss: I often ...

    T: Do you often ... on the weekend?  

    Ss: Yes, I do. / No, I dont.

    Step 2 Presentation&Practice

     

     

     

     

     

    通过问题引导学生在听录音之前先看图,了解图片和对话背景,预测听力内容,帮助学生借助图片听懂简短的对话,抓住关键信息,加强学生的听力技巧训练,提高听的能力。

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    在学习新课之前,利用图片和对话先熟悉本课的重点单词、词组和句型,为后面的学习打下基础。

     

           Presentation

    1. Let’s try

      (1)呈现Let's try图片,看图回答问题。Show the picture ofLets try on the PPT. Let students look and answer the questions:

    a. Who are they?

      b. What are they doing?

      c. Does Zhang Peng often play football on the weekend?

      T: Look! Zhang Peng is calling Oliver. What are they talking about?

      (2)听音频在图片下打勾并回答问题。Let students look at the two pictures in this part. Lead students to talk about the two pictures.

    T: What can you see in the pictures? What does he/ do they do in Picture 1&2?

    Ss: ...

    T: Now lets listen and tick. Pay attention to the key information,

    Play the recording ofLets tryfor the first time. Check the answer.

    Play the recording ofLets tryagain. Let students answer the two questions. Then show the answers on the PPT.

    a. Do they play football this afternoon?

      b. Does Oliver often clean his room on Saturdays?

    T: Now we know that they are talking about their activities on the weekend. Oliver doesn’t play football with Zhang Peng. He often cleans his room on Saturdays.

    (3)呈现听力材料,分角色朗读。Lets look at the listening material, listen and read it together.

    2. Let’s talk

    (1)呈现Zhang PengSarah在公园偶遇场景,通过问题引导学生描述图片。

    T: Who are they? Where are they? Whats in Zhang Pengs/Sarahs hand?

    Ss: ...

    T: Its Saturday afternoon. Zhang Peng and Sarah meet in the park

    (2)教师展示Let's talk部分图片,听音频回答问题。

    T: Now lets listen and answer: Do they like this park?

    Play the recording ofLets talkand check the answer together.

    (3)教师播放Let's talk部分视频,学生根据视频完成相关习题

    Play the video ofLets talk. Let students watch and finish the exercises. Then show the answers on the PPT.

    T: What are Zhang Peng and Sarah talking about? Lets watch the video.

    Show the dialogue inLets talkon the PPT. Lead students read through the dialogue and underline the answers to those questions. Then let students work in pairs and read the dialogue in pairs.

      (4)根据课文内容填空,操练课文重点单词、短语和句型。

    a. Read and fill in the blanks.

    b. Fast reaction

    c. Let students practice the dialogue in pairs, and then invite some pairs to act out the dialogue in class.

    3. Ask and answer

    (1)补充三个短语:play ping-pong/play football/listen to music

    Show the pictures and phrase on the PPT. Let students look and match.

    (2)呈现Ask and answerSarahChen Jie图片,操练句型 Do you often play ping-pong on the weekend? Yes, I do. / No, I dont.

    T: Boys and girls, what does Chen Jie often do on the weekend? You can ask her like this: Do you often play ping-pong on the weekend?

    Ask two students to read the dialogue between Sarah and Chen Jie. Then make a model with a student.

    T: Do you often play basketball on the weekend?

    S1: Yes, I do./No, I don’t.

    4. Pair work(Talk about your weekend activities)

    呈现对话,谈论周末活动安排。 Show the sentence patterns with some pictures on the PPT. Ask students to try to use the phrases and the sentence patterns on the PPT to make new dialogues. Encourage students to think of more phrases to make their own dialogues.

    A: Do you often ... on the weekend?

    B: Yes, I do. / No, I dont.
