    本单元学习的主题是家居陈设及其位置。教学内容主要是围绕着几个孩子参观张鹏家的情景来展开。教学重点是能听、说、读、写句型“There is a/an…in/n/…”“There are…in/n/…”;能听、说、读、写单词和词组“bike, clck, pht, water bttle, plant”。

    该过程训练学生的观察、思维及听力能力。在让学生完成听力任务的同时,自然地引出新句型,并让学生有效地感知新句型。
    (1)Lk at the pictures and talk abut it.
    T: Sarah and Mike can play cmputer games, t. Nw they are in Zhang Peng’s bedrm. Open yur bks and bserve the tw pictures. What’s the difference between the tw pictures?
    Ss: … (a muse, a TV remte cntrl )
    Students can say ut the difference in Chinese.
    T: What are they? Ss: A TV set and a cmputer.
    T: S what is in the rm? Can yu predict? Ss: …
    (2)Finish the exercise f “Let’s try”.
    T: Wh’s right? Let’s listen t the recrding and tick the answer.
    The teacher plays the recrding. And students listen and tick. Then check the answer tgether. (出示课件)
    T: S we can say “There is a cmputer in Zhang Peng’s bedrm.”
    Write dwn “There is…” n the blackbard. Teach students t say the sentence. Let them pay attentin t the prnunciatin f “there” and practice the wrd ne by ne.

    Shw the picture f “Let’s talk” n page 48 t students n the PPT. (出示课件) Let students lk at the picture carefully. Ask sme questins t lead them t predict the main idea f the dialgue.
    T: What’s this? A bedrm r a classrm? Ss: A bedrm.
    T: S what’s the dialgue abut? Ss: It’s abut the bedrm.
    T: Great! The bedrm is Zhang Peng’s. Zhang Peng’s bedrm is really nice. Let’s g t see.
    (2)Learn the new wrds and sentence pattern.

    T: What can yu see in Zhang Peng’s rm? Ss: A bed.
    T: Right! There is a big bed.
    Write dwn the sentence n the blackbard. Lead students t read it several times.

    T: Wh is he? Ss: Zhang Peng.
    T: Yes. It’s Zhang Peng’s pht.
    Teach the wrd “pht” several times. Ask students t pay attentin t the sund f the letter “”. Then shw sme phts f students. Lead students t practice like these: S1’s pht, S2’s pht… Ask students t imitate the sentence “There is a big bed.” t say a sentence.
    T: Gd jb! We can say “There is a pht in the rm.”

    Write dwn the sentence “There is a nice pht, t.” n the blackbard. Lead students t read it several times.
    (3)Watch and judge.
    Shw sme sentences n the PPT. Let students watch the cartn and then underline the key infrmatin in the dialgue and judge the sentences.
    (4)Talk abut the picture.
    Shw the picture f “Let’s talk” n page 48 n the PPT again. (出示课件)
    ①Say mre sentences with “There is …”
    T: Can yu say any mre sentences abut the rm? S1: There is a desk.
    S2: There is a chair. S3: There is…
    Help students say and knw the new wrds abut the picture: clck, bike, water bttle and plant.
    ②Express the places with the prepsitins “in/n”.
    Make a mdel:
    T: There is a cmputer n the desk. There is a bed in the rm.
    Shw the sentence pattern “There is a / an … in/n/…” n the PPT fr students t imitate. (出示课件) After practicing, ask sme students t shw in class.
